We are seeking a skilled HVAC Helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building HVAC systems, with experience in air conditioning installation. individual should have his own transportation to and from the shop or job , which ever is closer. must supply your own power tools and duct hand Tools.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct thorough assessments of HVAC systems to determine necessary repairs or replacements.
- Collaborate with clients to design tailored HVAC solutions that meet their specific needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HVAC systems, including mechanical failures and inefficiencies.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations during installation and maintenance tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and equipment inventory.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding system performance and maintenance needs.
- Drive company vehicles to job sites as needed, ensuring safe transportation of tools and equipment.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role in the field service industry.
- Strong mechanical skills with the ability to build, maintain, and plumb HVAC systems effectively.
- Knowledge of air conditioning systems, heating units, and ventilation processes.
- Familiarity with property maintenance practices is preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams for system design implementation.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience as a van driver is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
- Strong communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
