Job Overview
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Install Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will oversee and coordinate the scheduling and execution of HVAC installations, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service. You’ll work closely with installers, sales teams, and customers to manage logistics, maintain accurate records, and address any issues that arise. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong multitasking and communication skills.
Duties
- Coordinate and schedule HVAC installations, ensuring all necessary permits and equipment are ready in advance.
- Communicate with customers to confirm appointments, address questions, and provide updates on the installation process.
- Monitor ongoing installations to ensure they remain on schedule and address any issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of installation details, customer interactions, and permit statuses in our software.
- Work closely with sales teams to schedule newly approved installations and follow up on pending estimates.
- Collaborate with installers to ensure they have all necessary materials, permits, and job details for each installation.
- Assist with organizing materials and permits, ensuring everything is prepared for the following day’s jobs.
- Handle miscellaneous administrative tasks to support the team and maintain smooth operations.
- Provide clear communication with team members to ensure workflow efficiency and problem resolution.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Coordinator, Scheduler, or in a similar administrative role; HVAC industry experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Computer literacy is required, with the ability to quickly learn and use new software or tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle unexpected changes or challenges.
- A positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn new processes.
Pay: Will be determined based on experience, with opportunities to earn commission.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
