Job Title: Maintenance Training Manager
Job Location: Las Vegas, NV
Salary: $80k-100k
Requirements: Multiple years of Multi-family property maintenance (plumbing, HVAC, etc) and experience planning/teaching courses in the field.
Position Overview:
The Maintenance Training Manager is responsible for developing and implementing training programs for maintenance staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in various areas including plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance practices. This role aims to ensure that all maintenance personnel are equipped with the necessary competencies to perform their duties effectively and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop comprehensive training programs for maintenance personnel in plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate staff on best practices and safety protocols.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify training needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant progress, and feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience in maintenance or training management.
- Proven experience in plumbing and HVAC systems maintenance.
- Strong background in learning and development, including experience in teaching or training.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess training needs and develop effective training materials.
