Job Overview
We are seeking skilled HVAC Installers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC system installation, including duct systems and equipment. This role involves installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in both residential and commercial settings. A commitment to safety and quality workmanship is essential. With the fast growth of our business, the right candidate will be able to move from Journeyman to Foreman quickly.
Responsibilities
- Install HVAC systems according to specifications and local codes.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
- Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients on-site.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
- Assist in the design of HVAC systems as needed.
Experience
- Proven experience (3 years minimum) as an HVAC Installer is required.
- Familiarity with how to read and interpret plans.
- Familiarity with use of ladders, lifts, power tools and hand tools.
- Experience with commercial and residential equipment and duct installation.
- Strong understanding of construction safety and injury prevention.
- Must have own transportation to work, hand tools and cordless drill kit.

Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
