Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Supervisor to lead our team of technicians in providing exceptional heating, ventilation, and air conditioning services. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and a proven track record in HVAC system design, installation, and repair. This role requires effective leadership skills to ensure high-quality service delivery while maintaining safety standards and operational efficiency.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of HVAC technicians, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, including boilers and other related appliances.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify issues and implement necessary repairs or replacements.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members in troubleshooting complex HVAC problems.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and equipment maintenance schedules.
- Collaborate with clients to assess their HVAC needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Train new technicians on best practices for equipment repair and service techniques.
- Drive company vehicles to job sites as needed, ensuring timely arrival for scheduled appointments.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HVAC technician or in a similar supervisory role.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose and repair various HVAC systems.
- Familiarity with repair techniques and equipment maintenance practices.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools such as an ohmmeter for troubleshooting electrical components.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience as a van driver is preferred.
- Knowledge of HVAC system design principles is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
