Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations for commercial and industrial mechanical services and installations.
- Lead and mentor a team of technicians, fostering growth and high performance.
- Provide advanced technical expertise, working on senior-level installations and troubleshooting.
- Create detailed project estimates and manage projects from planning through execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractors, ensuring top-notch service delivery.
- Maintain quality control standards, safety, and compliance across all projects.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
