Requirements:
· Strong selling skills with a minimum of 3 years sales experience
· Results oriented
· Strong work ethic
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Detailed-oriented
· Computer literate
· Flexible schedule – Must be willing to work nights and weekends
· Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass drug test and background check
NOTE: Previous HVAC in home sales experience is a plus but not a requirement.
Responsibilities of an HVAC In Home Sales Representative:
Run scheduled sales appointments; survey and measure the home; perform proper sizing calculations; select appropriate solutions, scope of work and pricing from flat rate investment guide, share findings and options with homeowners; generate referrals and ensure customer satisfaction.

Pay: $125,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
