Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused HVAC Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with potential and existing customers, providing product and service information, and converting leads into loyal clients. Your exceptional communication skills, ability to build relationships, and in-depth knowledge of HVAC products and services will play a pivotal role in the success of our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation and Follow-Up:
- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and leads via phone, email, and online channels.
- Proactively reaching out to warm and cold leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Customer Engagement:
- Understand customer needs, recommend suitable HVAC products and services, and provide tailored solutions.
- Build rapport and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Follow up on previous estimates left in an attempt to convert to future work.
- Sales Process Management:
- Prepare and present sales quotes and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with field sales teams to ensure seamless handoff and coordination of services.
- Product Knowledge and Expertise:
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HVAC products, services, promotions, and industry trends.
- Educate customers about energy-efficient options and assist them in making informed decisions.
- Administrative Duties:
- Accurately document customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
- Generate sales reports and provide updates to management on performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of inside sales or customer service experience, preferably in the HVAC or home services industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge:
- Familiarity with HVAC products, services, and industry terminology is highly preferred.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
