- Industrial Services Company seeking a TRADE minded ,special person, well rounded HVACR COMMERCIAL technician .We service all types for heating and cooling equipment, rooftop systems, split systems ,water boilers, exhaust fans, mini splits.

- Technician applicants work experience is a minimum of 3 years in the HVACR trade , practical repair 80% , replacement work 20%. The applicant must be insurance reviewed and qualified to operate a company service van to local buildings to make repairs on HVACR systems such as, rooftop package units, split systems , refrigeration units for kitchens, and small boilers.
- Apprentices or installers may apply. Apprentices will be evaluated on their skill level , and the installers will be moved to a technician level if qualified.
- We perform maintenance and repair service on HVACR equipment at different locations in our Tri-State area. You will be home every night.
- Three phase power knowledge is required along with basic control skills for HVACR equipment.
- A job resume is required to include work history and exactly what type of HVACR equipment you have worked on in the past.
- To apply for this position, you will need to provide a valid New Jersey drivers license and a current NJ drivers license abstract for your driving record. This information can be obtained online .
- Applicants with 3 or more points on their driving record , DWI, DUI, or suspensions are disqualified by insurance standards anyone from applying for the full time position.
- A full background check is required and will be completed since we work in secure environments which is completed after an in person interview.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $55.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
