Who We Are
Kelly Plumbing and Heating (KPH) is a family-owned and operated plumbing company that has proudly served the Highland/MacGroveland area of St. Paul for over 50 years. We specialize in residential plumbing services, including repair and installation for kitchens, bathrooms, laundry, new construction, and appliances. Guided by our core values of Trustworthiness, Integrity, Customer Service, and Accountability, we are committed to providing exceptional service to our customers while fostering a supportive and respectful work environment for our team.
The Position
We are seeking a licensed Journeyman Plumber to join our growing team. This full-time role requires a solid understanding of general plumbing and a passion for vintage plumbing service. - Inspect and test plumbing systems to ensure safety, functionality, and compliance with building codes.
- Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues, including responding promptly to emergencies.
- Perform light construction tasks such as carpentry, painting, plastering, flooring, ceiling, electrical, and concrete work as needed.
- Collaborate with general contractors, electricians, and other professionals to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and research vendor services for customized system retrofits.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, time spent on jobs, and materials used.
- Assign and track corrective and preventive maintenance tasks for team members as directed by management.
- Communicate respectfully and effectively with customers, contractors, and homeowners.
- Ensure company truck is clean and properly stocked with updated inventory.
- Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance and a clean driving record.
