Air Filter Installation and Maintenance Technician - The person will receive the wrapped and labeled filters for their route and install or deliver the air filters at the designated locations. Route mileage will be between 40-80 miles per day. A personal vehicle is required.
This job will be servicing the east valley of Phoenix. East of the airport.
Installing the filters consists of:
- Picking up filters
- Going into the house and locating the filter gill.
- Replacing air filter with the clean new filters provided. Vacuum the register
- Taking the old filters away
- Prepare property condition reports
Items required for position:
- A smart phone that will run the app that shows the route, takes photos, and records the report (the app is very easy to use).
- Personal vehicle.
- General maintenance experience very helpful.
- HVAC experience helpful but not necessary.
- Home maintenance experience helpful but not necessary.
