Caryl Mechanicals is the leading HVAC system installer in 10 cities throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, and eastern Tennessee. This role will help drive that mission.
The RNC Start Up is responsible for finishing HVAC system setups on job sites of the company’s builder customers. The role specializes in residential new construction. Work is expected to be completed on time and meeting company quality standards.
Responsibilities:
· Complete HVAC systems installations according to the RNC schedule
· Take punch tickets as needed and complete according to the RNC schedule.
· Check drains to make sure water is exiting the home properly at start-up.
· Ensure all work meets company quality standards.
· Load truck with the correct materials and equipment needed for jobs including checking that pull sheets are correct/complete.
· Promptly communicate any jobsite, equipment, payroll, or scheduling issues with RNC field supervisors, Scheduling, or Payroll as soon as they come up.
· Make sure systems are running properly at completion of work and notify supervisor that job has been completed.
· Keep up with the truck maintenance schedule.
· Maintain compliance with company policies related to safety, payroll, administration, vehicle use, etc.
· Maintain a clean job site and truck.
· Other duties on an as-needed basis as determined by RNC management.

· Jobs are completed on time and meet company quality standards.
· Punch tickets and other issues that come up are resolved promptly.
· Any jobsite, equipment, payroll, or scheduling issues are communicated and resolved promptly.
Job Requirements:
· High school diploma, GED or completion of trade program or technical school. A college degree is a plus.
· 2 to 4 years’ experience in construction, HVAC, or related experience
· Good verbal and written communication skills and proficiency in navigating the internet and email.
· Must be able to communicate in English effectively, both verbally and in writing.
· Bilingual is a plus.
· Must have computer skills and be able to use a laptop or tablet.
· Must have a valid driver’s license.
· Ability to manage projects and resources.
