We are looking for Top Performing Residential HVAC Service Manager to join our team! If you are the top-performer in your shop, if you know you make your company tons of money, we want to talk to you!
We are a very-rapidly growing Residential HVAC business serving the Dallas metro area.
Our Revenue has grown by over 100% for the last 3 years and we expect that growth rate to continue. We need leaders who can help us maintain our quality and financial performance.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Training
- Technical Training
- Strong, Positive Leadership of field staff
- Respond to and manage emergencies
- Adhere to and enforce all policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in HVAC with demonstrated sales record Greater than $1M
- Sales training with programs such as Nexstar or similar
- Strong technical knowledge
- Strong Leadership Skills
- Strong Customer Service and Critical Thinking skills
- Strong Sales and People Skills
Compensation:
- 6% of Gross Profit
