Duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Understanding the Great Guys Mission, Values, & Goals: Trains Team
- Reviewing Employee Handbooks & Safety Manuals
- Meeting Weekly with Team
- Utilizing Administrative Software to complete/document work performed
- Assessing Safety of All Installation Sites
- Collaborating w Electrical Department
- Monitors and Oversees Job Cadence and Completion
- Procuring Materials/Equipment – Manages Inventory/Restocking on Vehicle
- Overseeing Safety on Job Sites
- Quality Control of Installation Jobs
- Checks Equipment for Defects/Malfunctions, Verification of Operation upon Job Completion
- Can Read, Understand, & Apply Manufacturer Maintenance & Installation Manuals for All Repairs & Installations

In Field Requirements:
- Overseeing Productivity and Competency of Installation Tech II on Job Sites
- Maintaining vehicle inventory and documentation
- Timely communication with administrative team, DFO and clients
- Repair, replace or calibrate controls, thermostats, switches, fuses and electrical wiring.
- Wire and connect motors, compressors, temperature controls and humidity sensors according to wiring schematics.
- Maintain refrigerant dispensing records to meet federal EPA requirements.
- Maintain preventative maintenance schedules and procedures for all HVAC equipment including filters, belts and coil cleaning.
- Assist energy manager to complete energy conservation surveys to realize the most efficient cost effective use of HVAC energy.
- Dispatch to Emergency/After hours calls as assigned.
- Proper documentation of work performed and billing through company software platforms
Physical Requirements:
- Lifting (approximately 75lbs)
- Bending/Stooping
- Extended periods of activity
- Exposure to inclement weather
- Operating a motor vehicle
- Operating power and hand tools
Experience Required:
- 3 Years of HVAC Field Experience
- 1 Year of HVAC Lead Installation Experience
- HS Diploma/GED Equivalent
- Clean MVR Record
- Valid Driver's License
Industry Training Required:
- NATE Certification Course (Preferred)
- EPA Certification (Universal)
