Our client is a premier stone countertop fabricator in Central Texas. We are seeking an Installation Scheduling Coordinator to manage the post-production schedule and ensure smooth communication between customers, operations, and installers. The role involves tracking jobs from sale through installation, ensuring deadlines are met, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. The position reports to the Operations Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Track job progress and communicate updates to customers.
- Coordinate with the Workshop Manager to keep jobs on schedule.
- Adjust schedules based on job progress and update tracking software.
- Confirm installation appointments and prepare install packets.
- Ensure smooth communication with installers and assist in production meetings.
- Follow up with installers and document any issues in tracking software.
- Schedule follow-up work for incomplete jobs.
- Prepare daily installation reports and update the pipeline for invoicing.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills via phone and email.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple schedules.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; familiar with Google Maps.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
Preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Experience with scheduling, dispatching, or home improvement.

Compensation
- $21 - $23 per hour, depending on experience.
