Position: Lead Installer

Location: Davis Heating & Air LLC

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Installation Technician to work 40–50-hour work week to join our heating and air conditioning company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading installation projects, overseeing a team of technicians, ensuring quality workmanship, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage a team of installation technicians to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

2. Install, repair, and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and light commercial settings.

3. Coordinate with your team and customer to ensure installation stays on schedule

4. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during installations.

5. Ensure that all installations are completed in accordance with industry standards and company guidelines.

6. Train and mentor junior technicians to improve their skills and knowledge.

7. Maintain accurate records of all installations, including equipment used and work performed. IE: (taking before and after pictures and inputting accurate model & serial numbers into Service Titan).

8. Comply with all safety regulations and maintain a clean & safe work environment for yourself and your team.

9. Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or questions during installations.

10. Stay up to date on industry trends and new technologies to improve installation processes.

11. Do a thorough walkthrough with the customer once the install is complete. IE: go over all installed equipment and how to use thermostat, humidifier, etc)

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an HVAC program from a technical school is a plus.

2. Valid HVAC technician certification and EPA certification.

3. Strong knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems, including installation procedures, and troubleshooting techniques.

4. Excellent leadership and communication skills.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

6. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

7. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
