Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare comprehensive bids including surveys and takeoffs
- Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors
- Handle labor and material pricing
- Manage RFIs for plan/spec and design-build projects
- Oversee pre-construction phases
- Perform sales calls to generate new business
- Design HVAC systems and supporting controls
- Work directly with suppliers on pricing and logistics
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ years of HVAC experience across all sub-fields
- Proficiency with digitizer takeoff and estimating software
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Valid driver's license
- Experience with Stack, Procore, Excel, Word, Access, and Job Cost Accounting software
