Key Responsibilities:

Prepare comprehensive bids including surveys and takeoffs
Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors
Handle labor and material pricing
Manage RFIs for plan/spec and design-build projects
Oversee pre-construction phases
Perform sales calls to generate new business
Design HVAC systems and supporting controls
Work directly with suppliers on pricing and logistics

Required Qualifications:

1+ years of HVAC experience across all sub-fields
Proficiency with digitizer takeoff and estimating software
Strong negotiation skills
Excellent communication abilities
Valid driver's license
Experience with Stack, Procore, Excel, Word, Access, and Job Cost Accounting software
