Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated commercial HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC/R systems, with the ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently and efficiently in various environments.
Duties
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC/R systems in residential and commercial properties.
- Diagnose issues related to heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems.
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct field service calls to troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints.
- Collaborate with property maintenance teams to address HVAC-related concerns.
- Design and implement solutions for HVAC system upgrades or replacements.
- Utilize welding skills for repairs or modifications as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and installations.
Experience
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role in the field of HVAC/R.
- Familiarity with refrigerate systems and appliance repair techniques.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with a focus on troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Experience in plumbing is a plus for comprehensive system maintenance.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
