Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Commercial HVAC Technician with a minimum of 7+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in commercial buildings. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to our clients.
Duties
- Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems, including air conditioning, heating, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment.
- Conduct preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and energy efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system malfunctions and perform necessary repairs.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals for HVAC installations and repairs.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely project completion and effective problem resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and regulations.
- Stay updated on the latest HVAC technologies, trends, and industry best practices.
Experience
- Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience as a Commercial HVAC Technician.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including troubleshooting, installation, and repair.
- In-depth understanding of electrical components, wiring, and controls related to HVAC systems.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.
- Universal EPA certification is required.
- Valid driver's license.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Must be able to lift heavy equipment and work in various environmental conditions.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
