General Maintenance and Repairs:
Interior Work:
Repair drywall, patch holes, and apply paint or wallpaper as needed.
Install or repair fixtures such as faucets, sinks, toilets, cabinets, doors, and locks.
Address minor electrical issues, including replacing light fixtures, outlets, and switches.
Perform basic HVAC maintenance, such as replacing filters or cleaning vents.
Exterior Work:
Repair siding, fencing, or decks.
Install or replace outdoor fixtures like lights or gates.
Conduct minor roof repairs, such as patching leaks or replacing shingles.
Preventive Maintenance:
Perform regular inspections to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
Maintain plumbing systems, including unclogging drains and fixing leaks.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols, such as securing loose handrails or addressing trip hazards.
Installations:
Assemble furniture, appliances, or equipment as requested by clients.
Install shelving, curtain rods, or decorative elements.
Emergency Repairs:
Respond promptly to urgent work orders, including plumbing or electrical emergencies.
Mitigate further damage by taking immediate corrective actions (e.g., shutting off water supply for a leak).
Customer Service:

Tools and Equipment:

Requirements:
