Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to join our team. As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential homes. This is a hands-on role that requires strong mechanical skills and knowledge of HVAC systems.
Responsibilities:
- Install new HVAC systems according to specifications and building codes
- Collaborate with team members to complete installations efficiently
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to all relevant regulations
- Maintain accurate records of work performed
- Provide exceptional customer service
Experience:
- Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role
- Strong mechanical skills and ability to use hand and power tools effectively
- Knowledge of air conditioning, heating, and ventilation systems
- Familiarity with reading schematics and blueprints
- Experience in equipment repair and troubleshooting
- Field service experience is a plus
- Knowledge of HVAC/R systems and ammonia refrigeration is a plus
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- EPA certification preferred but not required
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
