We currently need HVAC service technicians to join our team. Your job will be to service and install HVAC equipment and associated systems in homes or small commercial properties. The job includes day shifts, limited on-call time, and paid overtime. In this position, you will:
- Assess the needs of the customer and their HVAC equipment
- Install HVAC equipment as needed
- Provide service for heating and air conditioning systems and equipment
- Complete efficiency tests on any combustion-related installation
- Identify potential for more revenue and make recommendations to the customer for sales that can be immediately performed
- Prepare daily paperwork accurately
- Communicate regularly with dispatcher and service departments
- Employ all applicable safety equipment and personal protective equipment
- Demonstrate courteous and helpful behavior for customers and third parties
- Collect fees as necessary including all methods of payment
