Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical systems and a passion for providing top-notch service. This role involves working with heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. The HVAC Technician will be responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair of various HVAC systems in both residential and commercial settings.
Duties
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioners, furnaces, and refrigeration units.
- Troubleshoot issues with HVAC equipment and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure systems are operating efficiently and safely.
- Perform welding and plumbing tasks as required during installations or repairs.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects in a timely manner while adhering to safety standards.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose and repair complex systems.
- Experience as a mechanic or in a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus.
- Proficient in welding techniques for various applications.
- Ability to plumb and maintain HVAC systems effectively.
- Knowledge of field service operations related to HVAC equipment.
- Skills in building and appliance repair are advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members.

Pay: $26.50 - $28.00 per hour
