HVAC Automation Technician Requirements:
- 1+ years of HVAC Install, maintenance & repairs experience
- HVAC/Building Automation/ATC (Automated Temperature Control) System Experience required
- Diagnostic experience required
- Commercial experience preferred
- High School diploma/GED

HVAC Automation Technician Responsibilities:
- Install/repair/replace various systems: hydraulic, steam, radiant, and high efficiency heating, and building automation controls
- Install and troubleshoot low voltage wiring for heat & hot water systems
- Check layout of existing heat devices and air conditioning units to plan work procedures.
- Obtain materials and supplies according to establish policies and procedures.
- Service machinery by cleaning, lubricating or replacing shafts, bearings, gears, pulleys and other parts.
- Complete diagnostic troubleshooting the HVAC System from wiring diagrams and schematics.
