We are seeking a skilled and licensed Master Electrician in St. Louis, MO, for various exciting opportunities within our team. Responsibilities
Depending on the position, core responsibilities may include:
- Estimating: Develop accurate and competitive project estimates, including labor, materials, and timelines.
- Project Management: Oversee electrical projects from planning through completion, ensuring they are on time, on budget, and meet quality standards.
- Operations Oversight: Manage field operations, including staff scheduling, training, and safety compliance to ensure projects run efficiently.
- Technical Support: Provide advanced technical guidance and troubleshooting for complex electrical systems.
- Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to local, state, and national electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring clear communication and client satisfaction.
- Staff Training and Development: Mentor and support the development of junior electricians and apprentices.
Qualifications
- Valid Master Electrician license in Missouri
- 5+ years of experience as a licensed electrician; prior experience in estimating, project management, or electrical operations is a plus
- Strong knowledge of local and national electrical codes and safety regulations
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and address complex issues
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
- Proficiency in relevant software for project management, estimating, and documentation
