Exciting opportunity to work with a market leading industrial refrigeration contactor in their thriving service division.
The client provides world class training on manufacturers' equipment, with a lucrative package and strong progression path on offer, this isn't one to pass up on!
The ideal candidate will have direct field service experience on a variety of equipment such as Cooling Towers, Chillers, Condensers, Evaporators, Compressors, Cascading or Absorption systems, and industrial refrigerants, such as Ammonia, CO2, Propane, Glycol.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, commission, and test industrial refrigeration systems, including chillers, cooling towers, compressors, and absorption systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues to ensure optimal system performance.
- Perform preventative maintenance and replace faulty components as needed.
- Monitor and manage refrigerants such as Ammonia, CO2, Propane, and Glycol in compliance with safety standards.
- Ensure adherence to OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory guidelines.
- Conduct safety inspections and provide training on system operations and best practices.
- Document service activities, including diagnostics, repairs, and refrigerant usage.
- Address client concerns, offer technical support, and recommend efficiency improvements.
- Respond to emergency service calls and ensure minimal downtime.
Qualifications
- 10+ years experience with industrial/process refrigeration
- Ammonia certification
