Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the optimal functioning of our facilities and equipment through regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems, mechanical components, and the ability to read and interpret schematics. The Maintenance Person will also engage in customer service interactions, providing support and solutions to facility-related issues. This position doubles as a shuttle driver as needed for our guests that can lead to addition income in the means of tips.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders and maintenance schedules.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues using tools such as an Ohmmeter.
- Fabricate parts as needed to support repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Read and interpret schematics to assist in diagnosing problems.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to facility-related inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a maintenance role, with a strong focus on electrical systems.
- Familiarity with CMMS software is preferred.
- Proficient in reading schematics and technical drawings.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Must possess problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Clean driving record
