Role Overview:
As a Hydronic HVAC Program Manager you will help establish, launch, and manage the ARIS Hydronic HVAC Systems installation program in our beachhead market. You will have the opportunity to work directly under the company's Founder and CEO and play a key role in bringing Aris Hydronic’s sought-after technology to the market. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage warehouse and fabrication shop
- Manage installation and work fleet
- Create and document protocols, timelines, tracking, and reporting processes for installation projects.
- Project manage hydronic HVAC system installations, collaborating with builders, general contractors, and leading installers.
- Contribute to system improvement changes to meet cost, performance, and installation efficiency goals.
- Assist in creating system documentation, manuals, and support materials.
- Manage 3rd party component supplier relationships and maintain optimal shop and installation inventory levels.
- Lead shop and installer team personnel.
- Participate in management meetings and growth strategy activities.
- Help create and manage department budget
Candidate Skills Required:
- Deep project management experience.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication.
- Experience in launching and leading new initiatives and programs.
- Experience effectively managing small to medium-sized teams.
- Ability to establish and complete work on set timelines.
- Passion for learning new skills, tools, and processes.
- Background in construction, home improvement, or engineering.
- Fabrication experience (professional, educational, or hobbyist).
- Strong customer service and support skills
- Dedication to delivering the highest quality work regardless to timeline and resource constraints
- Ability to lift up to 60+ lbs.
- Ability to work in confined spaces.
- Comfort working at heights.
- Capacity to stand, crouch, or kneel for extended periods.
- Manual dexterity for handling tools and equipment.
- Tolerance for working in varying environmental conditions, including low and high-temperature ranges, and loud noises.
- Comfort working in busy construction sites.

Pay: $84,000.00 - $114,000.00 per year
