CMC is look for qualified Controls Installation Technicians that are responsible for for Installation of BAS Control Systems including:
- Pulling Cable
- Building/Terminating Control Panels
- Running EMT
- Installing Control Components/Sensors
Currently we are looking for Mechanic/Foreman level candidates capable of training apprentices, running projects, and already have a high level understanding of control/ electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Complete full installation of BAS Projects
- Building/Terminating Control Panels
- Installing/ Terminating Control Devices/Sensors
- Running EMT
Qualifications
- Experience with any of the following product lines: Tridium, Honeywell, JCI, Distech, Trane, Carrier, Schneider, Siemens
- Understanding of BAS Controls communication protocols : BACnet, Lon, Modbus
- Basic IP networking knowledge
- Understanding of electronic wiring
- Understanding of electric circuits
- Understanding of State and Local Electrical codes
- Prior Controls Technician/Installation Experience or equal training/education
- Knowledge of Mechanical HVAC Systems
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Required Hand Tools/ Electrical Meters
Required for Employment:
- Pass a Drug Screen, Background, and Driving Background Check.
- Ability to perform physical requirement's typical of a commercial construction site.
- Valid Drivers License
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
