Supervise all daily operations such as enrolling families, answering phones, handling customer concerns, complete reports, etc, meet monthly and annual budgets (with primary focus on revenue and labor), provide great customer service, ensure company core values are reflected in the school, minimize employee turnover and be the “face of Aqua-Tots"!
