Caryl Mechanicals is the leading HVAC system installer in 10 cities throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, and eastern Tennessee. This role will help drive that mission.
The Service Technician is a member of the Service department and reports to the company’s Service Manager. The role is primarily responsible for installing or fixing HVAC equipment and systems on job sites of the company’s residential customers. The role needs to be proactive and organized with strong communication skills, as it will be interacting with employees and outside customers.
Key Duties
-Assess why HVAC systems are not functioning on residential job sites
-Fix HVAC systems accordingly which may include changing out any equipment and/or materials involved in bringing the system up to expected performance
-Well-mannered and professional experience at customer residences
-Communicate effectively as to why a system is failing and what is involved in fixing it
-Ensure that all work is meeting company quality standards
-Resolve any customer issues in a respectful way
-Perform any administrative activities completely, accurately, and on a timely basis
-Other duties on an as-needed basis as determined by the department head

-Any issues, developments, or delays on the job are promptly communicated and resolved with the customer
Must pass drug screening and background.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
