Key Responsibilities:
- Perform HVAC service calls, including repairs, troubleshooting, and system diagnostics.
- Conduct installations of HVAC systems when needed, in addition to routine maintenance tasks.
- Attend sales appointments, providing technical expertise to help guide customer decisions.
- Network and build relationships with potential clients, utilizing company-provided opportunities to generate leads and earn high commissions on self-generated sales.
- Maintain professionalism, efficiency, and exceptional customer service on every job.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate of $26–$35/hour - Plus commission structure
- Guaranteed monthly income of $4,200/month minimum.
- $1,000 sign-on bonus.
- Performance-based bonuses and commissions. (See Below)
- Paid Time Off (15 days annually).
- $300/month health insurance stipend.
Performance Incentives:
- 3% of all revenue generated (monthly).
- 5% bonus on installations you secure through service.
- 2% bonus on all installations performed.
- 7% commission on revenue from self-generated leads, including your network.
