Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Towing Dispatcher/Customer Service Specialist to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for logistics of towing services, including receiving and processing service requests, dispatching tow trucks, and communicating with customers and drivers. Must obtain and maintain TDLR VSF Employee License. Must pass pre-employment and random drug tests per TDLR licensing. Key Responsibilities:
· Receive and process service requests from law enforcement , customers, and businesses including taking general information, asking pertinent questions to effectivly serve the customer, and providing quotes
· Dispatch tow trucks to assigned locations in a timely and efficient manner
· Communicate with customers to provide accurate estimated service arrival times and status
· Coordinate with drivers to verify completion of services
· Manage and update dispatch software and systems to track service requests
· Provide excellent customer service, de-escalate and resolve any issues that may arise
· Maintain accurate records and reports of services performed
-Assist in maintaining inventory of vehicle storage facility through accurate work and willingness to go beyond minimum duties
Requirements:
· High school diploma or equivalent required
· 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, dispatching or logistics is preferred
· Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in high stress situations
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
· Basic computer and data entry skills and experience with various software a plus
· Availability to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.75 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
