Our Property Management Company seeks a experienced and inspiring Maintenance Supervisor with 3+ years of supervisory experience and 5 years in the maintenance field, to join our team at our apartment community located in Dallas, TX
This is a full-time position offering competitive pay and generous benefits including medical, dental, vision and 401k.
Requirements:
- General knowledge of all aspects of maintenance repair and service including plumbing, electrical, appliance repair
- HVAC -EPA/HVAC Certification - Required
- General Facility maintenance
- Previous renovation/rehab or construction experience preferred
- Previous maintenance experience required
- Prior multi-family maintenance experience preferred
- High School graduate or technical school preferred
- Budget management and leadership/management skills required
This position is eligible for a quarterly bonus plan.!
