Key Responsibilities:
- Establish the Electrical Division: Take the lead in creating and implementing the operational framework for our new electrical division, including business planning, service offerings, pricing structure, and marketing strategies.
- Utilize Your License: Use your Master Electrician license to oversee all electrical work, ensuring compliance with local and national electrical codes and regulations.
- Project Management: Manage all electrical projects from conception to completion, including residential and commercial jobs, ensuring they are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of electricians and support staff as the division grows, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our existing plumbing team to offer integrated service packages and cross-promote services to existing clients.
- Marketing and Networking: Develop marketing strategies to promote the new electrical division, including online presence, local advertising, and networking with contractors and suppliers.
Qualifications:
- Valid Master Electrician license.
- Extensive experience in the electrical trade, including residential and commercial projects.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to build a successful division from the ground up.
