Lead HVAC Technician
**Job pay based on experience $25-$35 per hour
Hello Future Jenergy Air Employee!
We are looking for an experienced and skilled HVAC Technician to join our fun team! You must be friendly and as our AC Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting repairing air conditioning and mini split systems. This is a full-time position that offers competitive pay and benefits. Opportunities for advancement and comission!
Duties for HVAC Technician:
- Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
- Weld and plumb HVAC components as required
- Interpret schematics and technical drawings to troubleshoot system malfunctions
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
- **Provide exceptional customer service during installations and service calls** This is very important to us!!
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role -Great communication skills and a positive attitude
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and technical drawings
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Skills:
- Maintain and repair HVAC systems
- Design and build custom HVAC systems
- Welding and plumbing skills for HVAC components
- Knowledge of HVAC/R systems and equipment
- Van driving skills for transportation of tools and equipment
