We are only looking for someone that has their HVAC license and is looking to join a company they can grow within and quickly train and run an office. Basically run their own business within a business. Hvac license is a must and sales experience with HVAC is preferred
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC/R systems, with the ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can read schematics and effectively communicate with clients while providing top-notch service.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC/R systems in residential and commercial properties.
- Troubleshoot issues with air conditioning units, heating systems, and ventilation equipment.
- Read and interpret schematics to diagnose problems accurately.
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Utilize tools such as Ohmmeters for electrical diagnostics and repairs.
- Conduct plumbing work as needed in conjunction with HVAC installations and repairs.
- Weld components when necessary to ensure system integrity.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs.
- Document all work performed and maintain accurate records of services provided.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a service technician in the HVAC/R field.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, including air conditioning and heating units.
- Familiarity with property maintenance practices and appliance repair is a plus.
- Ability to read schematics and technical manuals for troubleshooting purposes.
- Proficient in using various tools required for installation and repair tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to interact professionally with clients.
- Certification or relevant training in HVAC technology is preferred but not mandatory.
