Famous Tate is looking for a Electrician Maintenance Technician with experience in facility operations. Under the direct supervision of the Maintenance Manager, the Electrician Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing general electrical maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures. GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: To provide excellent facilities maintenance.

Perform minor building, electrical as necessary
Implement preventative maintenance measures
Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies
Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel and follow safety protocol
Perform other maintenance duties as requested

Requirements

High school diploma/GED required
Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds unassisted
Clean driver’s license and experience in driving a box truck
Able to pass a drug screen and background check
Experienced in operating a variety of equipment Ie small hand tools
Able to work well with minimal supervision
