Produce Company is looking for a responsible customer service representative to learn and provide the best service to team and clients. Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments. Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs. Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Hours: Saturday-Sunday
Customer Service Representative Job Duties:
- Bilingual Required (English/Spanish)
- At least one year of customer service experience
- At least one year of dispatching experience
- Proven courteous phone manner and use proper phone etiquette.
- Excellent customer relations (internal/external)
- Work well as part of a diverse team as well as independently
- Ability to multi-task while recording accurate information.
- Must be able to prioritize workload.
- Check in drivers.
- Must be flexible and able to deal with a variety of details simultaneously.
- Self-starter, team approach with positive attitude
- Must have proven problem-solving skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook a must.
- Utilize company software.
- Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions,
- suggesting information about other products and services.
- Verifying online orders to ensure accuracy.
- Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
