We are a fast-growing real estate company specializing in connecting renters with their dream apartments. We are looking for a motivated Real Estate Marketing Assistant to join our team and help manage online apartment listings while ensuring an exceptional experience for potential renters.
Responsibilities:
- Publish and manage online apartment rental listings
- Communicate promptly and professionally with prospective renters via online messaging platforms.
- Gather information from prospects and convert inquiries into leads using our form submission process.
- Follow and maintain a weekly listing schedule to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Monitor listing performance and provide feedback for improvements.
Requirements:
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to respond professionally to inquiries.
- Comfortable working in a fully remote environment.
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Self-motivated and proactive in following a schedule and meeting deadlines.
- Previous experience in marketing, customer service, or real estate is a bonus and not required.
