We are a fast-growing real estate company specializing in connecting renters with their dream apartments. We are looking for a motivated Real Estate Marketing Assistant to join our team and help manage online apartment listings while ensuring an exceptional experience for potential renters.

Responsibilities:

Publish and manage online apartment rental listings
Communicate promptly and professionally with prospective renters via online messaging platforms.
Gather information from prospects and convert inquiries into leads using our form submission process.
Follow and maintain a weekly listing schedule to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Monitor listing performance and provide feedback for improvements.

Requirements:

Strong written communication skills with the ability to respond professionally to inquiries.
Comfortable working in a fully remote environment.
Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Self-motivated and proactive in following a schedule and meeting deadlines.
Previous experience in marketing, customer service, or real estate is a bonus and not required.
