Job Purpose:
The Area Manager serves to supervise the installation and service of all product offerings within an assigned geographic area. This position acts as the field liaison between the company and the customer and ensures that field operational policies, processes and procedures are properly followed. The Area Manager has the ability to make the necessary decisions on behalf Wisenbaker to better service the builder customer.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining good working relationships with builder customers
- Developing and maintaining good working relationships with all subcontract labor
- Managing all aspects of the daily product installation schedule
- Scheduling and conducting product installation quality walks
- Verifying that jobs are complete according to company requirements and the grading of the installer and product installations
- Overseeing all audit resolutions
- Participating in monthly financial meetings
- Maintaining good communications with Expediting and Field Operations on crew structure
- Professionally trouble shoot and/or resolve homebuyer issues as they arise on the jobsite, before and after installation
- Participating in model home meetings and managing of model home job sites
- Reviewing discounts and resolving customer back charges
Qualifications & Required Skills:
- High School Minimum
- 1+ year in an field management role
- Preferably a working knowledge of W.B.S.
- Excel – Word - Outlook
