Currently seeking a hardworking and detail oriented individuals for our open Maintenance Make Ready/Tech positions at our Residences of Prairiefire location in Overland Park, KS. These individuals will be responsible to assist in "turning" recently vacated apartment homes and complete service requests when necessary. Must be on call rotation schedule.
Job Requirement for Maintenance Make Ready/Tech:
Minimum 1 year experience preferred
Must have some tools and reliable transportation
Must have HVAC Certification
Must be able to lift a minimum or 40-50 lbs.
Stable work history is a plus
Apartment Experience is a Plus!
MUST pass required background screening and drug test

Pay: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
