We are looking for a hard-working, reliable, dedicated HVAC Apprentice to join our growing company. This individual will learn how to install and maintain air conditioning equipment. Daily activities highlighted on a successful HVAC Apprentice will repair heating and cooling systems, complete tasks as assigned by supervisors, helping senior staff, and discussing requirements with clients. The position requires:
Essential Job Requirements
· Transporting various items (e.g. tools, equipment, supplies, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring the availability of materials required at job site.
· Coordinate with supervisor and other trades for the purpose of completing projects/work orders efficiently.
· Diagnose problems and/or failures in heating/air conditioning/ refrigeration systems for the purpose of identifying equipment and/or systems repair and replacement needs
· Install heating/air conditioning/refrigeration equipment and systems for the purpose of providing comfort inside facilities.
· Maintain tools and/or equipment for the purpose of ensuring the availability of equipment in safe operating condition.
Education/Experience
· Minimum 1 years’ experience
· High school diploma or equivalent required
All employees of paradigm will be required to work a minimum of 40 hours per week. All candidates being considered for employment must pass a pre-employment physical, drug screening, and background check. Salary for this position is commensurate experience.
