Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets and expand market presence.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand customer needs.
Engage with potential clients through various channels including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
Manage existing accounts while seeking opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Perform product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to prospective customers.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and account management in the CRM system.
Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities to help shape product development.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales.
Strong understanding of retail sales principles and practices.
Experience in inside sales with a focus on relationship building and customer satisfaction.
Familiarity with territory management techniques to maximize coverage and efficiency.
Excellent account management skills with the ability to nurture long-term client relationships.
Strong communication skills with the ability to conduct effective product demos.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
