We are seeking an experienced and talented Pest Expert to join our team and generate new business and increase sales for our pest control company. As a D2D Rep, your primary focus will be targeting residential areas in the [MARKET] area. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, have exceptional communication skills, and possess the ability to build rapport with potential customers.

This individual will report directly to the the D2D Sales Manager.

The role is located in Austin.

What You’ll Do

Sales Responsibilities
As a key player in expanding our market presence, you'll spearhead door-to-door (D2D) sales initiatives in (MARKET), targeting new customer acquisition with precision and enthusiasm.
You will deploy innovative sales strategies tailored to meet and exceed our objectives, ensuring your actions are aligned with Magna Pest Solutions' values.
Your role involves presenting our comprehensive pest control services to potential clients, emphasizing the unique benefits and value we bring to their homes..
It's crucial to maintain meticulous records of all sales activities using our designated company app, which aids in tracking progress and strategizing future moves.
Participate actively in sales meetings and training sessions. These are designed not only to bolster your sales techniques but also to deepen your product knowledge and understanding of industry trends.
Service Delivery
Upon successfully closing sales, you will conduct the initial service for all new accounts. This is a critical touchpoint that sets the stage for ongoing customer relationships.
You're expected to thoroughly explain the rationale behind each application process, ensuring customers understand the 'why' and 'how' of the services we provide.
Continuously educate and engage clients about the importance of ongoing service plans, reinforcing the value and benefits tailored to meet their specific needs.
Data Management and Analysis
Consistency in data collection is key. Use our company app to keep accurate records of all customer interactions, sales efforts, and service outcomes.
Provide insights on Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and neighborhood performance metrics, offering valuable feedback that will help shape our marketing and sales strategies.
