Overview:
We are seeking a MEP Designer to join our team to work with our clients in the design of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Responsibilities:

Provide MEP engineering designs for multidiscipline projects
Provide CAD and BIM support for the firm’s design projects
Assist teams with project startup, workflow and coordination
BIM modelling and CAD drafting support during the planning, design, and construction phases of various projects.
QA/QC issues and perform the necessary research and exploration to develop solutions that respond to the specific automation needs and demands of a project.
AutoCAD and Revit file management
Create/modify/update Revit families and CAD blocks as needed.

Education and Training:

Bachelor’s degree from an ABET-Accredited Engineering program, preferably Mechanical or Electrical.
EIT Certification or PE License is preferred
Major coursework in or related to drafting and/or architecture
Relevant architecture and/or engineering experience

Required Skills:

1-4 (or more) years of relevant MEP design experience with primary focus on mechanical and plumbing.
Experience using AutoCAD and REVIT
Experience in completing design and construction documents in an architectural or engineering firm
Ability to create and modify CAD dynamic blocks and Revit familie
The ability to produce quality construction documents
Experience with MS Office
Effective verbal and graphic communication skills
Effective organizational and collaborative skills
Effective time management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
