I have experience in minor repairs of commercial and residential electrical equipment such as replacing and lubricating motors, changing light bulbs and ballasts (277, 120 and 24 volts). As well as general maintenance such as replacing belts on exhaust fans, replacing air filters on AHU's, clean heating and cooling coils, repair and maintain plumbing fixtures and drains, cleaning of HVAC air vents, registers and ceiling tiles, maintenance painting in mechanical and electrical rooms, clean-up of spills, regular housekeeping to keep areas clean and safe, replace fire extinguishers, Lockout/Tagout, and PPE.
