As the Director of Digital, Mark excels in setting and executing strategies, collaborating with both internal teams and external agencies to drive results.
Mark’s expertise spans diverse marketing tech stacks, including implementing HubSpot for marketing automation at both Netchex and M.S. Rau. He is a CRM and marketing tech expert, having implemented and integrated a wide range of platforms, from ESPs and CRM systems to e-commerce platforms, SMS, third-party audience data sources, research tools, and analytics tools like Google Analytics and Tableau.
He has managed websites on platforms ranging from WordPress to Shopify and has overseen significant paid advertising budgets. By setting up comprehensive cross-channel campaigns with robust tracking, attribution, and reporting, Mark enables powerful insights for key stakeholders, from macro-level parent campaigns to micro-level specific keywords driving results.
