About
Hi. As you'll notice on my resume, I've spent most of my time in kitchens. I started as a dishwasher, and over the course of 20+ years worked my way up to chef. While I've enjoyed a lot of my time in this industry, i decided last year to try something new. I signed up for a course at ACC and set out to achieve a new career. The rest is history. Everyone seems to want experience in this industry. I'm just looking for a place to start. I'm confident that if given the chance, I will surpass expectations. I'm an adult, and I take my job ( whatever it may be) very seriously, and am constantly looking to better myself. I'm not the type to do the bare minimum. I will always be on time, ready to work. All I ask is to be shown the ropes by the existing pros in this industry. I am EPA certified, and have my tdlr license. I hope to hear from you, and thanks for reading.
